Pets Welcome Upon Approval. No aggressive breeds. Limit of 2 pets per home. Maximum adult weight is 40 pounds. Pet deposit is $300 per pet. Monthly pet rent of $15 will be charged per pet. No exotic animals allowed. Specific animal, breed, number, weight restrictions, pet rules, and pet deposits will not apply to households having a qualified service/assistance animal(s).
